Due to the perishable nature of our specialty Spanish food products, we cannot accept returns on food items; however, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, please immediately inspect all items for damage, spoilage, or shipping errors.
- 2.Contact Customer Support
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@despanabrandfoods.com with your order number and photos of the products in question.
- 3.Resolution Review
Our team will review your claim and determine the eligibility for a replacement or a refund back to your original payment method.
- 4.Disposal or Return
If a refund is approved, we will provide instructions on whether to safely dispose of the perishable items or return non-perishable hardware/dry goods to our warehouse.
